We are hiring – Solicitor / Associate (3–5 PQE) | Rural Property | Aberdeen or Edinburgh. Leading UK law firm are looking to add a talented Solicitor/Associate (3–5 years PQE) to their Rural Property team, based in either Aberdeen or Edinburgh. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse and high-quality rural property practice, advising on complex and interesting transactions across Scotland.
You will be involved in:
- Sales and purchases of farms, estates and forestry
- Natural capital and environmental land transactions
- Agricultural tenancy matters for landlords and tenants
- Renewable energy developments on rural land
- Succession planning and rural partnership matters
Ideally you will be:
- Strong property law experience (rural experience is welcome but not essential)
