As part of its continued growth, the firm is seeking an Associate to join its top-tier, high-performing Planning & Infrastructure Consenting team in Scotland. The role will support an expanding pipeline of high-profile instructions across the energy and utilities, real estate and transport sectors.

Working closely with the Scotland-based team, the successful candidate will join a market-leading group of recognised experts and manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious planning matters, with strong support and clear career development pathways.

Highly ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers. Excellent development opportunities for junior to mid-level associates.

Ideally you will be:

  • Scots law qualified (or dual qualified), ideally NQ–3 years’ PQE, with experience in planning OR public sector, real estate, dispute resolution or in-house backgrounds who are keen to broaden their practice.
