This role will support the delivery of high-quality corporate governance and secretarial services across the organisation. This role is key in ensuring we operate within legal and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full secretariat support to governance bodies, including meeting coordination, agendas, papers, and minutes
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely regulatory filings
- Draft governance reports and contribute to public disclosures
- Support policy development, training requirements, and governance best practice
- Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams on regulatory matters
- Manage governance systems and deputise for the Company Secretary when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a governance or company secretarial role
- Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) or legal qualification preferred
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Integrity and the ability to handle sensitive information
- FCA | Regulatory experience a plus
- Strong collaboration skills with a proactive and pragmatic approach
