Responsibilities & Scope of Work

- Provide practical advice on disputes and potential disputes.
- Investigate issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with business and client teams to manage legal risk.
- Draft legal documents and coordinate with external lawyers when necessary.
- Support complaints involving the Pensions Ombudsman and Financial Ombudsman Service.
