Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on HR leader, you will partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organisational goals while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation. This role supports employees and managers across the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, India, and Singapore. The successful candidate will have strong international HR experience, excellent business acumen, and the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations with long-term strategic initiatives.
