Are you passionate about creating a safe and compliant working environment? We are recruiting for a dynamic Health & Safety Officer to take ownership of H&S across a busy operational site in Milton Keynes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role reporting directly to the Managing Director, where you will lead Health & Safety initiatives and support facilities management. The role is office based, with flexible working hours and the chance to shape a proactive safety culture.
What you will be doing:-
Advising on H&S best practices and legal compliance

Conducting inspections and managing safety systems

Leading emergency procedures and first aid duties

Liaising with contractors and coordinating facilities maintenance

Ensuring workplace compliance with LOLER, COSHH, and other regulations

Experience in Health and safety within a manufacturing, food or FMCG setting

NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent Qualification

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of H&S legislation and facilities
