About the role:
As Contract Manager, you will play a key role in negotiating and managing commercial contracts, including managed service agreements with NHS customers and partner suppliers. You will support both tender and post-award phases, ensuring contracts are executed accurately and comply with procurement regulations. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations and documentation for NHS and private sector agreements.
- Liaise with legal teams and partner suppliers to finalise contracts, including KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with procurement regulations (PCR2015, PA23).
- Monitor contract performance post-implementation, including SLA and KPI compliance.
- Support the sales and business development teams with tender responses.
