Job Description

Are you a driven, detail-orientated Project Manager ready to make a genuine difference in healthcare? Our client, a market-leading provider of cutting-edge diagnostic equipment and solutions to hospitals and laboratories across the UK and Ireland are looking for a proactive Project Manager to join their Commercial Support Services team.

This isn't just project management. Every installation you coordinate, every stakeholder conversation you lead and every plan you deliver helps put life-saving diagnostic technology into the hands of the clinicians who need it. If you thrive on organisation, love bringing order to complexity and want your work to matter, this is the role for you.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Be at the heart of high-impact projects that directly support patient care across the UK & Ireland
  • Own the full project lifecycle β€” from planning through to successful delivery
  • Work with modern PMO tools (Smartsheet, MS Teams, dashboards) and help shape how the team works
  • A genuinely collaborative culture built on clear communication, teamwork and shared success
  • Real opportunities to develop your PMO and project management career

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the project management of installation projects β€” building robust project plans and driving them to completion with minimal delay
  • Coordinating equipment delivery timelines, keeping performance on track against key KPIs
  • Leading and participating in implementation and stakeholder meetings, ensuring everyone β€” internal and external has the information they need, when they need it
  • Keeping project data current in Smartsheet, including regular RAID log updates to protect business continuity
  • Helping the PMO evolve β€” contributing to the development of tools, processes and the wider Project department
  • Taking ownership of PMO projects from creation through to delivery, ensuring the intended benefits are realised in full

What We're Looking For

Essential:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation (or equivalent project management qualification)
  • Degree level education or equivalent experience

Desirable:

  • BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Science or a related discipline
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner level

You'll also bring:

  • A meticulous, methodical approach and real attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities
  • A self-starting, results-focused mindset
  • A natural collaborator who works well across teams at every level
  • Sound, timely decision-making under pressure

Benefits:

Holiday Entitlement 28 days plus (8 days bank holiday), Bonus, Pension, Health Care Insurance (BUPA), Cash Plan (Simplyhealth), Income Protection Insurance, Educational Grant Scheme, Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance 6 times the annual salary, Perkbox, Gym membership.
