Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of client travel packages, from booking confirmation through to on-the-ground event day.
  • Manage relationships with hotel, transport, and hospitality suppliers to secure and confirm allocations for major sporting events.
  • Process and manage ticketing logistics, including allocations, transfers, and client documentation.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients before and during their trip, resolving issues quickly and keeping the experience seamless.
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure packages are operationally deliverable before they go to market.
  • Support reconciliation and reporting processes to keep bookings, payments, and supplier costs aligned.
  • Travel to marquee events as required to manage on-site operations and client experience firsthand.
What We're Looking For
  • A proactive, ownership-driven approach — someone who takes initiative and moves quickly without needing constant direction.
  • Adaptability and composure under pressure, with the ability to adjust smoothly when plans change at short notice.
  • A strong work ethic and high energy, well suited to a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment.
  • Commercially minded, with the judgement to balance profitability against exceptional client service.
  • Mature and confident in manner, equally at ease dealing with clients at all levels.
  • A genuine passion for sport and live events, matched by the drive to deliver on it.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning and on-site execution, ideally within travel, sports, or hospitality.
  • Proven customer service and communication skills, with a track record of managing client expectations and resolving issues effectively.
  • Working knowledge of budgeting and cost tracking, with confidence using digital tools for scheduling, project management, and reporting.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with genuine attention to detail.
  • Post-secondary education in event management, tourism, business, or a related field is beneficial but not essential.
