They are expanding in a few key areas so now would be the time to work for a manufacturer and get that training straight from the horse’s mouth.
They are recruiting for a Service Coordinator:
- Based from their office in Sevenoaks in Kent
- Working Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm OR 8.30am till 5.30pm
- Planning the domestic heating engineers' days for them going to customers' houses to do gas boiler maintenance and repair calls
- Liaising with the customer when needed about the engineers' visit
- Assessing the engineers' route during the day and recognising things to make them more efficient
- Keeping an eye on stock and parts management to make sure the engineers have the right equipment for each of the jobs they get called out to
Salary for a service coordinator:
- 29k basic salary
- 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Holiday entitlement goes up by 5 days after 5 years of service
- Private healthcare after probation
- Free parking on site
Experience needed to be a service coordinator:
- Living within travelling distance to the office in Sevenoaks in Kent
- You need some sort of experience as a service planner, a service coordinator or experience in booking out to people or things to places on a daily basis
- Obviously having any additional experience within the gas industry would be a major advantage
- Computer literate with good paperwork skills
- You need to be organised and be able to multi-task
