Overview
The company is a leading manufacturer of commercial and industrial dishwashers, glass washers, and chemical dosing equipment.
They are a worldwide company with a broad client base and a focus on training and supporting engineers to maintain long-term retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Based from the Milton Keynes office; after probation there is an option to work 2 days per week remotely. All equipment is supplied.
- Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Allocate 15–20 engineers to service or install jobs in various locations in London.
- Plan install jobs for labour to ensure job sheets can be started.
- Help engineers maintain their first-time rates.
- Provide ongoing updates to clients until the job is finished and paperwork is completed.
- Preferred Skills
- Residence within travelling distance to Milton Keynes office.
- Good computer, administrative, and customer-service skills.
- Strong knowledge of London geography.
- Experience in a similar planning/scheduling/administrative role such as service controller or service booker.
- Experience in HVAC or M&E sectors is beneficial but not essential.
Salary and Benefits
- £27k basic.
- Ability to work part remotely after probation.
- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
- Additional hours: 1 weekend in 4, remotely paid at overtime rates (x1.5 for Saturday and x2 for Sunday).
