My client has nearly 20 years of experience in providing first-rate air conditioning service and installation across the north west, midlands and Yorkshire area. With some very well-known commercial clients as well as government buildings, they have gone into 2026 strong.
They are recruiting for an Air Conditioning Contracts Engineer. You will be:
- Working from home and site at the moment but then working part of the time from their new office around the Knutsford area in about 6-8 months
- Covering clients and running air conditioning installation jobs in and around the north west of England
- Dealing with contracts worth anything from 5k up to 600k in value
- Managing a combination of small and larger jobs at once
- Interacting with clients such as main builders, refurbishment companies, high-end domestic and commercial clients
- Ensuring the air conditioning installation runs smoothly in terms of labour, material, and health & safety up until handover

Skills Needed to be an air conditioning contracts engineer:
- Experience in the air conditioning industry – this can be from contracts, projects, after sales, or applications

- Fully computer literate
- Living in or around the Stockport / Knutsford / Macclesfield area would be ideal but candidates from similar areas will also be considered
