They deal with solar energy, heat pumps, MVHR, battery storage energy, air conditioning, and EV charging and can boast an office that was an outdated warehouse they turned into a clean energy, zero carbon office space with a showroom and gym facilities for employees. They look after their employees and lead by example on the works they do for the clients across the London and south east area.
Salary: 50-60k basic salary, 60-70k OTE with bonuses

Responsibilities:
- Based from the office in Croydon half the time and the rest working from home
- Flexible hours you can work between 7am and 6pm
- Leading a design team of 3 people and managing their output
- Running the design process for plumbing, heat pumps, solar installations, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery (MVHR) from post‑sale and through stage 4 designs
- Being the main technical authority for the install teams on site and visiting these sites
- Checking load calculations
- Ensuring designs meet SLA agreements and are in keeping with RIBA stages
Qualifications:
- Living within travelling distance to Croydon for when you work in the office
- Experience with AutoCAD, REVIT or equivalent design packages
- Ideally 5+ years doing MEP or HVAC design
- Having experience with heat pumps, solar, or any other renewable is an advantage
- Knowledge of UK building regulations is required
- Possessing a portfolio of design works and being proud of what you do
