Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning engineer:
- 40-55k basic salary depending on experience – intermediate to senior engineer status and experience
- Monthly engineers bonus based on personal performance (£300 to £500 per month every month)
- Plenty of overtime if required and also including a call out rota
- Van, phone, iPad, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools
- 22 days holidays + 8 bank holidays

You will be:
- Providing service and maintenance on commercial (fixed and portable) air conditioning and some refrigeration equipment
- Working on air conditioning 95% of the time – splits, multi splits, VRV and VRF equipment as well as some small chillers, the rest of the time being on small refrigeration units
- Covering the London and M25 area
- Dealing with very well-known clients as well as well-established HVAC contractors
Skills needed to be an air conditioning engineer:
- Ideally a 5 year+ proven track record within air conditioning service and maintenance on splits, VRV, VRF and small chillers
- Living in or around the London or M25 area is great
- The relevant industry qualifications i.e. F Gas certificate and a C&G in air conditioning would be needed
