Good opportunities to work for a nationwide, commercial laundry company that is going through some great expansion these past few years. After a number of company acquisitions they are looking to strengthen their position to be able to provide a quality service to its clients. They have been running over 20 years and can count some very well-known companies as clients.
Due to expansion, they are currently looking for a commercial laundry equipment engineer. You will be:
- Providing service and maintenance on commercial laundry equipment including commercial and industrial washing machines, tumble driers, rotary irons, finishing machines, dishwashers, and some dosing machines.
- Working on electrical and gas-fired commercial laundry equipment.
- Covering the CA and LA postcodes.
- Working with clients such as nursing homes, hospitals, offices, holiday parks, and hotels.
Experience / skills required for a commercial laundry engineer:
- Experience within commercial laundry equipment would be beneficial but is not essential.
- They are looking to train someone up on gas commercial laundry equipment, so need someone with existing domestic or commercial gas certificates.
- They would also consider someone who has experience working on commercial catering equipment or commercial dishwashers.
- Living in or around the LA or CA postcode area on the Scottish borders.
- Good electrical competency.
