The client is a well established building services company based in Hertfordshire, covering the M25 and London areas and dealing with important blue chip clients. Their staff turnover is very low as the engineers are well rewarded for hard work. They are looking for employees who see it as a career move with a long road ahead of them.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing service and maintenance on commercial air conditioning - splits, multi splits, VRV and VRF equipment
  • Covering the London and M25 area
  • Dealing with well known blue chip and corporate companies in London and the surrounding area

Skills needed to be an air conditioning engineer:

  • A proven track record within air conditioning service and maintenance on splits, VRV, VRF and small chillers
  • Living in or around North London, North West London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire type areas ideally, but will consider anyone based inside the M25
  • The relevant industry qualifications i.e. F Gas certificate and NVQ level 2 air conditioning
