My Client is a very well respected player in the industrial refrigeration / ammonia plant refrigeration sector, with a worldwide multi million pound turnover and a name that is known by everyone in the industry. They are very well established and as such have financial stability for its employees, as well as a solid product range. They have contracts with a lot of high profile companies and supermarkets and are looking to expand into the coming years.
You will be:
- Based from their office in Ashford in Kent whilst also visiting new and existing clients out on the road
- Visiting clients in and around the outer London areas and the south east
- Following up on existing client maintenance contracts to make sure they are running well
- Doing maintenance assessments for new clients to aid the contract sale
- Keeping a strong paper trail for the maintenance contract
- Ensuring H&S for the maintenance contract
Skills Needed to be an Industrial Refrigeration Maintenance Manager:
- Experience needed in a similar role working with industrial refrigeration or heavy commercial refrigeration ideally with CO2 experience as well
- You can either have a tools background or internal / managerial in refrigeration
- Be within travelling distance to the office in Ashford in Kent
- Have good people skills and a methodical way of working
