A great opportunity to join an established and expanding air conditioning and refrigeration contractor who pride themselves on the quality service they provide their clients. They cover across the London and home counties area providing service, maintenance, design and installation on various systems and are very active on energy consumption and how to reduce this for their clients. Their employees are always looked after and can move up in the company due to further training and being looked after.

Due to expansion they are recruiting for a Quotes Administrator, you will be:

  • Working from their office just outside of Aldershot in Hampshire (GU12 postcode)
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am till 5pm
  • Dealing with refrigeration and air conditioning spare parts ordered by the engineers and speaking with manufacturers making sure they are correct, logged, and then producing a quote for the customer to be sent out
  • Also providing quotes for any additional site equipment needed for the job – scaffold towers, lifts etc.
  • Dealing with quotes from a few hundred pounds up to a few thousand

Skills and background needed to be an air conditioning and refrigeration quotes administrator:

  • Living within travelling distance to the office
  • You need to be computer literate
  • A good attention to details would be needed along with good written and spoken English
  • Having experience working any kind of parts wholesaler would be very beneficial – electrical wholesaler, HVAC wholesaler, construction wholesaler would be ideal
  • Any experience working with air conditioning or refrigeration equipment would be very beneficial
