Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning engineer:

  • 38-40k basic depending on experience
  • Travel pay
  • No call out rota for a better work / life balance but some overtime available if wanted

  • Working for an expanding, family run, long standing, successful air conditioning company.

Due to expansion they are recruiting for an air conditioning engineer you will be:

  • Providing service, maintenance and a little bit of installation on commercial air conditioning
  • Working on all commercial air conditioning equipment - splits, VRV, VRF, multi splits, also ventilation and heat pumps if you have the experience
  • Working with offices, hospitals, schools, council buildings and shops
  • Covering South Devon up to Taunton and parts of south Cornwall

Skills Needed to be an air conditioning engineer:

  • Living around the south / mid Devon Area – anywhere 20-25 miles around the Torquay area
  • Service, maintenance experience working on air conditioning
  • F Gas cert
  • Having IPAF, CSCS, PASMA or a C&G/NVQ in air conditioning would be very beneficial but experience is more important
  • Having any experience with heat recovery systems would be beneficial but is not essential
