Also there is no call out rota to make sure their engineers get a better work / life balance Salary and Benefits of an air conditioning engineer * 38-40k basic depending on experience * Travel pay * No call out rota for a better work / life balance * Van, phone, fuel card, benefits, some overtime available * Working for an expanding, family run, long standing, successful air conditioning company.
