The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the business—appraising, advising and delivering an exceptional client experience every single time. This is a highly commercial, client-facing role where you’ll be trusted to work with high-value items and build credibility with a premium customer base. You’ll be:
- Appraising luxury watches, gold, diamonds and handbags
- Driving retail sales across high-end products
- Managing client relationships both in person and remotely
- Staying ahead of market trends and competitor activity
- Acting as a true brand ambassador within a luxury environment

- Strong pawnbroking background
- Genuine hands-on authentication experience - must be able to remove bracelet for watches
- Confident authenticating luxury watches (Rolex, Omega, Breitling etc.)
- Strong knowledge of gold testing (with acids), hallmarks and the 4Cs
- Commercial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Someone who takes pride in what they do and wants to build a specialist skillset
- Fully flexible Monday - Saturday
