The role will support effective prioritisation, controlled delivery, and transparent reporting across business‑as‑usual change, transformation activity, and formal project delivery.

Working closely with the Group IT and Security Director, IT leadership team, project sponsors, business stakeholders, and suppliers, you will help ensure change is managed professionally from initial request through to delivery, adoption, service transition, and closure.
