Ready to lead the digital transformation of major construction projects in the heart of London? We’re looking for a driven and forward-thinking Digital Construction Manager to take ownership of digital delivery across high-profile, site-based projects in Central London. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, collaboration and construction — shaping how projects are delivered from pre-construction through to handover.

As the digital lead on site, you'll be the go-to expert for BIM and Digital Construction, ensuring best practice information management and digital processes are embedded across every stage of project delivery. You’ll drive coordination strategies, lead model federation and clash resolution, implement BIM Execution Plans, and work closely with project teams, consultants and supply chain partners to unlock smarter ways of working.

This role is as much about influencing people as it is about technology — you’ll champion digital adoption and create a culture where innovation becomes part of everyday delivery.

We’re looking for someone with solid experience in Digital Construction within a live project environment, strong BIM and CDE knowledge, and confidence using platforms such as Revit, BIM360, Solibri and related coordination tools. You’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to challenge, educate and inspire teams at every level — from site teams to clients and senior stakeholders.

If you’re energized by complex projects, enjoy being visible on site, and want to play a key role in driving the future of construction delivery across landmark Central London developments, we want to hear from you. Join a team where digital innovation isn’t an add-on — it’s central to how great projects are delivered.
