We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Hairdressing Apprentice to join our busy and friendly salon team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain hands-on salon experience, and develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to build a successful career in the hairdressing industry.

Frontlinestyle has been established for over 70 years. We have a successful hair and beauty floor and enjoy working with all levels of therapists and stylists to help develop and grow their skill and services.
What You’ll Do
As a Hairdressing Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the salon while learning the skills required for a successful career in hairdressing. Your duties will include:
- Hosting the salon floor, greeting clients and providing a warm, professional welcome
- Preparing refreshments
- Supporting the established team
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment through general housekeeping duties, including the laundering of towels and keeping all work areas tidy
- Assisting with weighing and mixing colour, shampooing and washing clients’ hair, and preparing clients for services
- Carrying out a wider range of hairdressing services under supervision as skills develop through college training
Training Outcome
Level 3 apprenticeship – leading to full-time employment where appropriate.

Working Arrangements
Working Week: Monday–Friday 9.00am–5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am–5.00pm. One day off per week for college and a day off – Saturdays are required. Possibility of late night Thursday if appropriate.
