We’re looking for a Store Performance Assistant to join, supporting the delivery of efficient, compliant, and high‑performing store operations across our retail partners. Reporting to the Store Performance Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the end‑to‑end flow of products into and out of stores. You’ll help minimise loss, ensure operational compliance, and support continuous improvement across store processes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the monitoring and control of product flow across the store supply chain.
- Track, audit, and report all store losses, ensuring accurate documentation and follow‑up.
- Work with the Store Performance Manager to resolve queries and support the return of unsold stock to wholesale, reporting on improvements.
- Identify risks and opportunities to reduce stock loss and improve performance.
- Produce and analyse data to highlight trends and drive insight‑led actions.
- Support operational improvements and enhance in‑store execution standards.
- Investigate and resolve store queries efficiently.
