We’re looking for a commercially minded Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our Commercial ReUse strategy. You’ll identify new opportunities, develop commercial propositions, and work with internal teams and clients to unlock value from unsold returns. This role will help expand ReUse into new markets, build financial models, and support profitable, sustainable growth across the Group.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Play a key role in shaping and delivering scalable Commercial ReUse initiatives that strengthen the group’s market position.
  • Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify and onboard clients suited to ReUse solutions.
  • Develop new revenue streams by turning early-stage ideas into commercially viable propositions.
  • Explore innovative partnerships and alternative routes to market to drive incremental growth.
  • Support sustainability goals by reducing waste and improving operational efficiency across the supply chain.
  • Contribute to strong commercial governance and effective margin management across ReUse initiatives.

We are looking for people with:

  • Experience in media distribution, logistics, FMCG or similar.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop business cases.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills with the confidence to negotiate and influence partners.
  • Highly motivated, organised with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Exposure to inventory management, production planning or supply chain operations.
