The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a permanent full-time EDI Coordinator within Frontline's Operations. You will coordinate and deliver internal EDI initiatives, co-produce guidance and tools, and support consultations and training across the organisation.
Working closely with Finance and Salesforce colleagues, you will monitor dashboards, develop engaging content, and promote accessibility and inclusive participation in all EDI activities.
