Frontline Social Care seeks an outstanding Registered Manager to lead a newly developed three-bedroom children’s home in Hertfordshire, caring for up to three children aged 7–14.
You will shape the home’s culture, recruit and develop staff, and build trusted professional relationships to ensure a safe, secure and hopeful environment.
You will lead safeguarding, multi-agency collaboration and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on trauma-informed practice and family/community engagement.
