The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training and learn every aspect of the recruitment process, including:
- Candidate sourcing and talent attraction
- Interviewing and candidate screening
- Right to Work and compliance checks
- CV formatting and candidate registration
- Posting and managing job adverts
- Building relationships with candidates
- Coordinating interviews and placements
- Database management and administration
- Supporting experienced Recruitment Consultants
As you develop, you’ll progress into managing your own vacancies, building client relationships, and developing leadership skills.
