If you’re confident with Amada machines, enjoy taking ownership of full setups, and can programme at the machine, this role offers long‑term stability and progression. What You Will Be Doing * Setting up Amada press brakes including tooling changes and first‑off checks. * Programming at the machine to create and adjust bend sequences. * Reading engineering drawings to produce accurate sheet metal components. * Running production across varied batch sizes depending on customer orders. * Carrying out in‑process quality checks (final sign‑off by supervisor). * Working closely with the fabrication team to meet daily targets. What Will Need * Experience with Amada press brakes. * Ability to complete full machine setup independently. * Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings. * Background in sheet metal or fabrication. * Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
