Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety standards
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve team performance targets
- Manage the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods
- Monitor inventory and generate reports using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained
