Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts
- Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break; 2 paid tea breaks)
- Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break; 2 paid tea breaks)

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Sheffield, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support their busy warehouse function. THE ROLE
- Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams
- Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
- Support continuous improvement within the operation
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow
- Follow all health & safety procedures at all times
THE REQUIREMENTS
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial
- Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
- Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
- Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- A valid driving licence with no more than 3 points would be beneficial for insurance purposes, although not essential
