Frontline Recruitment are seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to support shop floor operations by coordinating workflow, feeding production lines and ensuring materials are supplied efficiently to maintain productivity. The successful candidate will also act as the first point of contact for recruitment agency enquiries, supporting staffing coordination and day-to-day operational communication. This role is vital in maintaining smooth warehouse and production operations within a fast-paced environment while supporting process efficiency and overall productivity of the agency staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Check in staff and help coordinate daily floor activity
- Ensuring each person signs in/out
- Issuing key fobs and collecting them at the end of the shift
- Organise any extra staff when and if needed
- Support production staff with day-to-day operational needs
- Keep machines continuously supplied with stock and materials
- Assist with loading, unloading, and staging materials
- Transport pallets of materials and finished goods throughout the vicinity
- Liaising with supervisors and ensuring agency staff complete their work
- Taking staff orders and arranging staffing for the next shift
- Sending staffing lists
- Communicating with the main office on a daily basis
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials throughout the shift
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
