Frontline Recruitment are seeking reliable and motivated General Operatives to join our client’s team in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will support daily operations including packing, quality checking, machine assistance, and general production duties while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Packing printed products accurately and efficiently to customer specifications
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company and client standards
- Supporting machine operators with setup, loading materials, and production runs
- Monitoring production output and reporting faults or inconsistencies
- Labelling, sorting, and preparing goods for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Assisting with general warehouse and operational duties as required
- Working to production targets and deadlines within a busy environment
- Completing basic production paperwork and records where necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in a print, production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn and support different areas of production
- Ability to stand for long periods and undertake manual handling duties
- Basic communication and problem-solving skills
