Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum
Location: Remote
Contract Type: Contingency Contract (ongoing, no fixed end date)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented postgraduate to join our team as a Graduate SharePoint & Workflow Management Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong SharePoint expertise who is looking to develop their career in a flexible, remote-working environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and improving our document management and workflow processes, ensuring efficient information management and smooth operational delivery across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and enhance SharePoint sites and libraries.
- Configure and manage workflow management tools to support business processes.
- Create, update, and manage document repositories and permissions.
- Monitor workflow performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support and guidance to users on SharePoint functionality and workflow processes.
- Assist with process mapping, automation initiatives, and system improvements.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate records relating to workflow activity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement effective solutions.
About You
Essential requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification (or recently completed postgraduate studies).
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience configuring, administering, or supporting workflow management tools.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
- Understanding of document control, records management, or business process improvement.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
