ROLE: Counterbalance Driver
LOCATION: Rugby
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 2pm – 10pm
PAY: £14.17 per hour (rising to £14.97 after 12 weeks)
Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our e-commerce client based in Rugby, who is looking to expand their warehouse team with reliable and experienced Counterbalance Drivers.

THE ROLE
- Safely operate a Counterbalance forklift truck to move goods within the warehouse
- Load and unload lorries, ensuring accuracy and care with all stock
- Support general warehouse duties when required
- Follow all site safety protocols and procedures
- Work efficiently to meet daily operational targets
THE REQUIREMENTS
- A valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent)
- Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A flexible and reliable approach to work
