Frontline Recruitment is working with a growing and ambitious business in Nottingham to recruit a driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to support continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Generating new business through proactive outbound calls and lead generation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade and commercial customers
- Following up on quotations and converting them into confirmed orders
- Growing customer accounts through upselling and repeat business
- Monitoring and converting abandoned online baskets into sales opportunities
- Managing inbound enquiries and turning them into revenue
- Using internal systems (CRM, Shopify, and order platforms) to track performance
- Liaising with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and product availability
