LOCATION: Nether Heyford, NN7, Northampton

HOURS: 9am - 6pm - 5 out of 7 days (various shifts available)

PAY: £12.71 per hour

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing e-commerce business based in the NN7 area, who is looking to expand their team of Warehouse Operatives to support their growing warehouse operations.

THE ROLE

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders
  • Prepare items for dispatch, ensuring orders are packed securely
  • Sort parcels and organise stock within the warehouse
  • Use warehouse systems to confirm order and stock information
  • Follow instructions and maintain excellent attention to detail
  • Keep work areas clean, safe and organised
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse experience (picking/packing) beneficial
  • Ability to work at a fast pace while maintaining accuracy
  • Reliable, punctual and able to meet daily targets
  • Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
  • A positive attitude and good teamwork skills
  • Must be prepared for heavy lifting
  • Must be able to work full time
