Customer Service Advisor – Recruitment Team Location: Chesterfield S40 1AR Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Basic + Bonuses + Career Progression Are you confident speaking with people and looking for a career in a fast-paced office environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our recruitment team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in customer service, reception, administration, retail, hospitality, sales, or call handling who wants to develop a long-term career. You will be responsible for supporting candidates throughout the recruitment journey, providing excellent service, managing communication, and ensuring a smooth experience from registration through to placement. The Role As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: * Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (around 200 calls per day) * Speak with candidates, understand their requirements, and provide support * Complete candidate registrations and required paperwork * Update databases and maintain accurate records * Respond to candidate enquiries and provide regular updates * Book interviews and appointments * Deliver excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process What We're Looking For * Confident communication skills * Professional telephone manner * Strong organisation and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude and willingness to learn * Customer service or administration experience is beneficial No recruitment experience is required as full training will be provided.
