Frontline Recruitment is proud to be working with a respected and growing company in the industrial supplies sector, known for delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. We’re seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join their dynamic sales team.
In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and driving revenue growth across your territory. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.

- Manage and grow an existing customer base while developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings to understand requirements and offer tailored product solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and quotations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity reports using the company CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams (customer service, logistics, and marketing) to ensure excellent service delivery
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events
- Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in field sales, account management, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience selling into industrial, engineering, or manufacturing sectors is desirable
