We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litho Continuous Web Printer (6 Color) to operate and maintain high-performance web printing presses. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality printed materials with consistency and efficiency, ensuring all work meets client specifications and internal quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Set up, operate, and monitor a 6-color lithographic continuous web press. * Perform make-ready duties including plate mounting, ink mixing, register adjustments, and tension settings. * Monitor press operations to ensure quality and efficiency, making real-time adjustments to maintain print standards. * Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery to minimize downtime. * Maintain accurate records of production data, ink usage, paper waste, and maintenance logs. * Conduct quality checks using densitometers, spectrophotometers, or visual inspection. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Collaborate with prepress, finishing, and maintenance teams to streamline workflow. * Follow production schedules and meet tight deadlines without compromising print quality. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating a multi-color lithographic web press (preferably 6-color). Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of lithographic printing processes, color theory, ink and substrate compatibility, and press mechanics advantageous. Skills: * Excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills. * Strong attention to detail and color accuracy. * Ability to read and interpret job tickets and technical specifications. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials and work in a fast-paced production environment. Certifications (Preferred): Web Litho Print Training/apprenticeship/certification/experience.
