Recruitment Consultant in Leicester

Job Description: ROLE: Recruitment Consultant LOCATION: Leicester HOURS: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm SALARY: £26,000 - £35,000 per annum (depend on experience) WEEKENDS: Every second weekend Frontline Recruitment is looking for a motivated and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and successful team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and delivering excellent service to both clients and candidates. THE ROLE * Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and/or permanent roles * Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and workers * Managing daily bookings, fulfilment, and workforce planning * Ensuring compliance with Right to Work and internal procedures * Supporting operational delivery during afternoon and evening shifts WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * Previous recruitment or customer service experience (preferred but not essential) * Strong communication and organisational skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * A proactive, reliable, and professional approach WHAT WE OFFER * Salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum depend on experience * Structured training and ongoing support * Opportunities for progression within a growing business * Supportive, people-focused team culture If you’re looking to build or progress your career in recruitment with a company we’d love to hear from you.
