Bench Hand Joiner – Key Responsibilities ✓ Manufacture bespoke joinery, cabinetry and components for high-end interior fit-out projects. ✓ Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate manufacture and assembly. ✓ Operate woodworking machinery, power tools and handheld tools safely and effectively. ✓ Produce high-quality joinery components to the required specifications and standards. ✓ Work independently, use initiative and take pride in the quality of your work. ✓ Work as part of a busy joinery manufacturing team, meeting production deadlines. ✓ Maintain high standards of accuracy, finish and workmanship. Bench Hand Joiner – Requirements ✓ Proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner, Bench Joiner or Cabinet Maker. ✓ Experience in bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing. ✓ Ability to read and work from technical drawings. ✓ Competent using woodworking machinery, hand tools and power tools. ✓ Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. ✓ A reliable, proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
