Location: Hinckley LE10

Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday

Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts

  • Week 1: 6:00am – 3:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break; 2 paid tea breaks)
  • Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch break; 2 paid tea breaks)

Pay: ÂŁ12.97

Contract Type: Temp to Perm (12-week TTP)

Frontline Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing and modern operation based in Hinckley, who are looking to appoint reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support their busy warehouse function. THE ROLE

  • Support the day-to-day running of the warehouse operation including Goods In, Goods Out, Returns, and Stock Control
  • Pick, pack, and prepare materials for field installation teams
  • Assist with stock organisation, inventory checks, and stock accuracy
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
  • Support continuous improvement within the operation
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily workflow
  • Follow all health & safety procedures at all times

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial
  • Good level of physical fitness due to the nature of the role
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and support the wider team
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
  • Basic IT skills and confidence using warehouse systems
  • Forklift experience would be an advantage but is not essential
  • A valid driving licence with no more than 3 points would be beneficial for insurance purposes, although not essential
