This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join a dynamic team and play a key role in expanding the client's customer base while delivering outstanding service to new and existing clients.

THE ROLE
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across your designated region
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention
- Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations, promoting product range and tailored promotional solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new business and close deals
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular updates and reports to management

THE REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident working independently
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within your region
