Frontline Recruitment Derby are hiring for a part-time Commercial and Projects Support person for their reputable client based in Derby. Due to the location, you will ideally drive and have your own transport.
A Commercial and Projects Support Office provides crucial administrative, logistical, and coordination support for commercial activities and projects, ensuring smooth delivery by managing documentation, tracking progress, scheduling meetings, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring budgets, and maintaining project systems, acting as support for project team to keep everything on schedule and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, handling correspondence, updating project documentation (spreadsheets, databases).
- Project Coordination: Tracking tasks, monitoring progress against plans, managing project logs, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Financial Support: Recording project spend, assisting with budget monitoring, and contributing to financial reporting.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as a key point of contact, communicating with internal teams, external suppliers, experts, and stakeholders.
- Procurement Support: Assisting with tender processes, preparing documentation, and managing external providers.
- Risk & Reporting: Supporting risk management, escalating issues, and compiling progress reports for leadership.
- Systems & Tools: Maintaining project management tools, templates, and repositories.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
