Acting on behalf of my client we are seeking an experienced supervisor for a reputable production company who specialise in aluminium windows and door products.
Duties & Skills needed:
- Aluminium Window and Door Production.
- Strong communication skills across all levels.
- CNC experience preferred but not essential.
- Having a strong positive attitude, with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Hands on, within manufacturing.
- Looking after a small group of staff (5).
- Man-management.
- Ability to liaise with shopfloor and the sales team.
- Taking care of day-to-day production schedule making sure deadlines are met.
- Carrying out QC both online and on completion.
- Stock control.
- Housekeeping.
- Problem solving.
- An understanding of how important an overall complete range of duties the role covers.
Hours of work: 7am – 3.30pm Mon to Fri, 40 hour week.
Salary: Circa £31-£33k plus benefits.
