Acting on behalf of my client we are seeking an experienced supervisor for a reputable production company who specialise in aluminium windows and door products.

Duties & Skills needed:

  • Aluminium Window and Door Production.
  • Strong communication skills across all levels.
  • CNC experience preferred but not essential.
  • Having a strong positive attitude, with excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Hands on, within manufacturing.
  • Looking after a small group of staff (5).
  • Man-management.
  • Ability to liaise with shopfloor and the sales team.
  • Taking care of day-to-day production schedule making sure deadlines are met.
  • Carrying out QC both online and on completion.
  • Stock control.
  • Housekeeping.
  • Problem solving.
  • An understanding of how important an overall complete range of duties the role covers.

Hours of work: 7am – 3.30pm Mon to Fri 40 hour week.

Salary: Circa £31-£33k plus benefits.
