Job Description: Frontline Recruitment Derby are seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Leader to oversee daily operations within our clients busy production company on the outskirts of Derby, easily reached from Burton, Derbyshire and Notts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership/man management skills and experience within Warehouse/logistics. As a shift leader you will be responsible for a team of warehouse staff whose duties include; * Order Picking * Packing * Loading / unloading * FLT counterbalance * Flexible for working hours (no nights) Suitable applicants will have supervisory/warehouse experience, flexible for shift work and looking for a \"hands-on role\" with the care, mentoring and responsibility of others. A counterbalance FLT license is desirable but not essential as in-house training available for the right applicant! This is a permanent role salary circa £30-£35k dependent upon experience. The successful candidate will have a proactive attitude towards training others and fostering a productive/efficient working environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals passionate about delivering outstanding leadership experience whilst developing their team.
