Frontline Recruitment is recruiting for a Business Support Coordinator to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, covering office administration, sales support, shipping and export administration, purchasing support, accounts administration, and support to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling incoming calls and customer enquiries.
- Processing orders and supporting sales administration.
- Coordinating UK and international shipments.
- Preparing shipping and export documentation.
- Supporting purchasing and supplier communications.
- Checking invoices and assisting with credit control.
- Maintaining office records and filing systems.
- General business and administrative support.
About You
- Previous administration experience ideally with engineering/manufacturing business.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident with basic maths and calculations, including percentages, dimensions, quantities, and checking invoices and orders.
- Comfortable communicating with customers, suppliers, and freight companies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Enjoys working in a small business environment where no two days are the same.
